Sessies “Sacred or Secular? Re-evaluating the Boundaries between the Religious and the Secular in Late Medieval Civic Society” (IMC, Leeds, 10/07)

Tijdens het International Medieval Congress in Leeds organiseert organiseert Suzan Folkerts (NWO Veni-project From monastery to market place. Towards a new history of the New Testament: Translations and urban religious culture in the Low Countries (c 1450-1540), RUG) in samenwerking met het COST-project New Communities of Interpretation: Religion in Europe, c 1300-1550 op 10 juli 2014 twee sessies onder de titel Sacred or Secular? Re-evaluating the Boundaries between the Religious and the Secular in Late Medieval Civic Society. Tijdens deze sessies (1529 en 1530 in het algemene programma), zullen internationale specialisten verschillende facetten belichten van de laat-middeleeuwse stedelijke religieuze cultuur in de Lage Landen.
