Op donderdag 18 mei 2017 worden aan de Université catholique de Louvain twee lezingen gehouden rond het thema “Domestic Devotion in the Low Countries and Northern France, 1400-1700”, georganiseerd door Gemca, Group for Early Modern Cultural Analysis. Het gaat over de lezingen “Multilingual and multi sensory devotion in the Religious Household (Flanders, Picardie, 15th-16th century)” door Margriet Hoogvliet (Universiteit van Groningen) en “Inside Beguine Houses in the Counter-Reformation: Visual Culture, Devotion, and Family Ties” door Sarah Joan Moran (Utrecht University).
